Community support Worker 

Right Care Ltd is an award winning company providing the best care in peoples homes. Due to expansion we have full and part time roles available within our team. 
 
You will be providing care in peoples own homes in and around Colchester, so a driving licence and a car will be needed. 
 
Duties will include personal care, meal preparation, administering medication, light cleaning and some laundry duties. 
 
Experience is not essential but is desirable, full training will be provided. A good work ethic and the willingness to go that extra mile for the service users is essential. 
 
All job offers are subject to a DBS check, and you will be required to pay £35 for this. 
 
Our day is split into two shifts A.M staring at 06:45 and P.M starting at 15:30. We try to work our rotas on a weekend on/weekend off basis. 

Learning Disabilities Support Worker 

Due to expansion Right Care are looking for an experienced male support worker to work 1:1 with a young man with autism in Colchester, Essex. 
 
The role will involve taking the service user out for the day which could be anywhere from staying in Colchester to going to train museums or theme parks. He also like to go away some weekends to various events, on these trips away he will have two support workers to assist him. 
 
You will also be required to assist him to manage his diet and encourage him to exercise and eat healthy 
 
You will be working on a rota basis with one other support worker and will have every other weekend off.

Due to our continuing success, we have opportunities for support worker job seekers to provide 24 hour, 7 days a week live-in care for people in their own homes in Rowhedge, Essex.The job role will be to provide on a daily (24 hour, 7 day a week basis) a level of care based on the needs of our Service Users which may include washing, dressing, toileting, meal preparation,housework, social outings into the community and assisting service users with their medication. 
 
Previous support worker experience is not necessary as relevant life skills and the desire to care are equally as important. Excellent communication skills, a commitment to care and a flexible approach to work is required as is good customer service skills and the ability to work as part of a team. 
 
This position is for an immediate interview, with a start date in the next couple of weeks if successful at the interview stage.
