Choosing the right care for yourself or a loved one can be stressful, and it may come as a shock when the need for additional care is first identified.
Many people prefer Domiciliary Care, when you are looked after and supported by experienced and highly skilled care providers, like Right Care Limited, rather than in residential care. It is also well-recognised that people live longer, are healthier and have a higher feeling of well-being when being looked after in the familiar surroundings of their own home.
We’re proud to be one of the top 10 recommended homecare agencies in the East of England and many people choose us to care for them in their home.
The Domiciliary Care that we provide at Right Care is also usually a fraction of the cost of residential care. With us, you choose the level of care and support you require for however long you need it. We also listen to your personal preferences and note what you like and don’t like. You will also have one-to-one care, on a timescale of your choosing, rather than paying a residential care home team who share their attention to several people.
When you choose Right Care Limited to care for you or a loved one at home, we will meet with you and your family and listen to what you would like us to do for you, when you want us there and how you would like things done. Using this information, we will compile your bespoke Domiciliary Care Plan, which may include companionship, personal care provision, cooking for you or with you, cleaning, shopping or taking you out for a while.
As we are members of The Social Care Commitment, you can be rest assured that you or your loved one will always be supported by services provided by our highly trained carers, who will treat you or your family member with dignity and respect. Our primary aim is to ensure public confidence in this.
We aim to provide the highest quality of care for you in your own home. We also continuously check what we are doing meets statutory standards and the requirements specified in your bespoke Domiciliary Care Plan. In addition, a member of our quality service team will make a monthly visit for the first three months of service and then every three months, to check with you that you are receiving the right care that you need. We will listen to your views first hand and make a report which will be forwarded to the management team.
